Book Recommendation Sunday

Today I recommend the book I have been using quite a bit lately.  It is a valuable aid to any mom who finds herself not having enough time to cook.  I love the back cover of the book.  I says, "The Make-Ahead Meal Plan for Time-Starved Families.  I love the word Timed-Starved!  Aren't we all "Timed-Starved"?
